The first bell is ringing. So is the need for support.
This back-to-school season, help us launch The Wave — real-time peer support for the exact moment teens need it most.

The hardest weeks of the year for teen mental health are starting now.
New classrooms, new social pressure, new routines — the first weeks of school are when anxiety, loneliness, and depressive symptoms hit teens hardest. Some students are already back; others won't start until mid-September. Either way, the need is landing right now, all across the country.

Introducing The Wave.
Peer Chat is one of the most-requested features from our Youth Advisory Board — and this fall, we're launching it under a name of its own: The Wave. It gives every selfsea user direct access to trained near-peer support: real-time conversation and messaging alike, so help is there at 8am before homeroom or 11pm on a hard night.
Real-time chat | Async messaging | Youth-demanded
"Wellness content increasingly felt like it was speaking to someone else entirely- until I started working with Peer Health Exchange."
